TOGGLE SWITCHES

A switch allows you have control over electrical current. for example, one can use a switch to turn on and off a light or an electrical appliance.. When a switch is closed it allows electric currents to flow through and turn the light or appliance on. When one opens a switch the electric flow won't reach the light bulb, so the bulb won't light.

Toggle switches are used by flipping a little switch up or down, on or off. It is the type of switch that is on the wall to turn a lamp on and off.
