PARKS & RECREATION HOME PAGE

Welcome to the Home Page for Parks and Recreation in Perkasie Borough. The public park areas in Perkasie today include Lenape Park and Menlo Park, Kulp Playground, and the East Spruce Street Recreation area. In addition a bike trail runs parallel to the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek and connects with bike trails from Sellersville and East Rockhill. Perkasie's parks have played an important role in attracting people to Perkasie and developing the town.

Here is the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek (looking from the metal foot bridge near Kulp Playground) in the winter of 2000. Parks look beautiful during any season.   The East Spruce Street Playground is a recent addition to the park and recreation facilities offered by the Borough of Perkasie.
